Color: Deep raspberry-red.
Foliage: Bold lime green shades.
Blooms: June - July and September.
Flower Form: Large blooms up to 8" inches in diameter. Very free flowering.
Soil Requirements: Well drained, enriched soil.
Pruning: Flowers on new season growth, so prune lightly above the new leaf buds in early Spring and remove dead stems.
Comments: Lime-yellow green foliage makes the intense raspberry blooms sing. Very easy clematis for even the beginner to grow! Huge glowing blooms up to 8". Repeat bloomer. Received Gold Medal at Plantarium in Boskoop 1990. Vines covered in blooms make an impressive sight in the garden.
