Rare heirloom has unusual deeply ribbed and warty surface with a rind color ranging from orange to powdery blue to deep greenish-grey. 3- to 5-lb. fruits have bright orange, firm flesh with a nutty flavor that's been compared to chestnuts. Good for baking, soups, stews and roasting. Stores well. Great ornamental as well. 105 DAYS.
