Birds Flock to Attractive Berries

Hardy shrub produces loads of vibrant violet-purple berries that attract birds in the fall. Stems add interest and color to autumn cut flower arrangements. Fruit persists beyond leaf drop. Plant in full sun to partial shade. Grows 6-8 ft. tall. Potted. Zones 6-8.

In all cases, we choose the fastest, most efficient way to send your orders via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Large orders or large items may be shipped to you in multiple packages.

Sorry, we cannot ship products to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or outside the contiguous United States. Please provide a street address as some products are unable to be delivered to Post Office boxes.

Height: 3 - 4 Feet

Depth:Full sun in the North, but dappled shade in the South.
Spread:3- 4 feet.
Light Required:Full Sun, Partial Shade
Color: Pink blossoms.
Size: 2 1/4" Pot
Blooms: Early Summer, Mid Summer
Fruit: Small, purple, shiny berries.
Zone: 6-8

Form: Perennial Shrub
Flower Form: Small blooms in auxillary cymes. Not very noticable.
Soil Requirements: Fertile, well-drained soil.
Growth Rate: Moderate to fast growth rate.
Pruning: Can be cut back near to the ground in late Winter to renew growth in Spring. Prune late Winter to early Spring.
Foliage: Ovate to elliptic, tapered , medium green leaves reach up to 4 inches long.
