Poor stand
Reviewed By: Lynne (Burlington, CO)
This is a really nice spinach, HOWEVER the stand was terrible, two years in a row. If I could just get it started, I'd be happy. The plants which did survive were nice and the spinach lasted well in the hot Colorado sun.

Remarkable
Reviewed By: Randy (Shelbyville, Indiana)
I planted it along with what I thought were other reliable varities. Medania is in a class by itself. When it started getting hot the others finely gave up. I thought Medania would be close behind. It kept growing back after harvesting right through the heat. It never got bitter. It was doing so good I thought I'd better fertilize it some more wondering how long it would last. It finely got crowded out by other things growing in the garden about four weeks later. I have never seen any spinach grow like this one. I will try it for fall and also see how well it does in the winter covered. So far I have found it to be, "Remarkable".

Excellent !

NO germination problems here. Wonderful, tender spinach. Dramatic production. Picked and froze many bags. Will plant again this fall and next year. Heat tolerant!
