I started the seeds indoors in late January and they did great right from the start. We had a cold, wet spring followed by a hot dry summer and the plants got totally eaten to sticks overnight by some insect I never saw. They rebounded from this and grew to very nice sized plants with nice sized fruit which had excellent, but not too strong flavor. I'm getting this again for next year. - Thursday, December 30, 2010"Gotta try um" Reviewed By: Chip Golec (Freeburg, Illinois) I grew these in a raised bed, using a good compost mixture the yeild was amazing, very big peppers with a sweet taste that went on all season!
