Great Investment

I have owned this for two years and it it was well worth the investment. Each shelf holds 2 1/2 flats, so your able to plant quite a bit. If you don't have a brite enough light source I do recommend you purchase grow lights; two for each shelf so that you ample light. I didn't do this the first year; can we say mistake? Without the lights you may get leggy plants that just topple over. My husband put the lights on a string that could be lowered or raised depending on the height of the plant. This provided ample light and with the humidty the greenhouse provides I was ample to grow plants that looked like they came from a commercial grower. After hardening off the plants I was able to plant them in my 1/3 acre garden. I had so many plants that I gave away lots. This year I will buy a second one that is just for flowers. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect for small spaces

I've only had it for 24 hours, but so far I love it! It's very easy to install and very lightweight so that I was able to put it together inside and easily move it to my terrace when done. I placed it against the wall and it's very steady on top of a slightly unever area. I have more than enough space for all my seed flats and small to medium-sized plants on each level. I was actually able to fit all my plants on the top two levels and was abe to keep them organized. I was starting to move my plants indoors and trying to find room near adequate light sources for them, but this solved everything. Now I can keep them outside, but protected from the cold, wind, and rain. If one of them gets too large for the shelf, I'll probably just remove a lower shelf to allow it more room. We haven't experienced a frost yet, so I can't stay how well it retains heat, but it definitely does everything else it claims.
