PIG STOPPER
Reviewed By: Ratton Bleu (Halifax, NS)
When the Gurney's website description says a tree will stop a heavy sow... I'm thinking two things. 1. I guess pigs do fly... .and 2. I gotta get me one of them trees. "Windbreakers protect farm buildings, feed lots and orchards from heavy sows and icy winds. "

I planted all 5 trees immediately after I received them. After digging a hole 6x6 I replaced the existing soil with some good garden soil I bought. Then I watered ONLY as needed...not every day. They all have plenty of new growth and doing well.

We purchased Blue Spruce three separate times from Gurneys this spring. The last two sets were much better trees than the first, but all are doing well. We have planted around 40 and only one is looking bad. Even that one looks like it will still make it. We have just purchased more, we are so happy with them.
