Hall’s Hardy Almond Tree

Hall’s Hardy Almond Tree

Edible Nuts on a Beautiful Tree

  (4 customer reviews)

This rapidly growing tree reaches 15-18 ft. with showy pink blooms and dense foliage. Begins production often in the third year and will produce 12-15 lbs. of nuts at maturity. Nuts mature in September. Self-fertile. Studies show eating a handful of almonds a day can help lower “bad” cholesterol. They’re also an excellent source of fiber, vitamin E and potassium as well as protein. Zones 5-8.

This item ships only in the fall.
If our fall shipping season is closed, your order will be shipped the following fall.

Small when received, about three years ago. Very fast growing. Probably mature height at this point. Last year there were about 2 blooms, this year I counted 22. Unfortunatly no pollination occurred due to inclement weather this spring. I am eagerly awaiting next growing season.

We got this tree 3 years ago, and as mentioned it was just a trig. How-ever now in it's third year we have at least 40-50 almonds forming on the tree. It blooms very early, but is very hardy as we had some roof frost and it did NOT seem to stop the blossoms. I strongly recommend this tree.

i planted this tree about 5 years ago and it is doing great. when i first received it was a stick about 3' tall. in the first season apr.-aug. it topped out at 7-8' tall about the same wide. now it is about 12' tall by 12' wide. if you have an empty space in your yard and you want to fill it fast then this is the tree.
