Feathery, 2-ft. plumes tower above foot-high mounds of bronze foliage spring through midsummer. Prefers partial shade, but does well in sun with regular watering. 2-3 eye root divisions. Zones 4-9.

These have grown so fast! I bought these last spring(2010) and this year, already, they are every bit of 24" wide. Big, beautiful plants. I also love the colorful plumes it sends up!
