When I read the Gurney's advertisement here I just naturally took it with a grain of salt and assumed it as being just propaganda. Well I was wrong! I brought some of these beautiful berries into my work place along with samples from Liberty, Legacy, Sunshine Blue, Northblue, as well as several others, and everyone... I repeat... everyone rated the Ka-Bluey's as the "BEST" blueberry that they had ever eaten! I tried numerous times to peddle these other varieties on them, and while they were very good, everyone again and again STILL preferred the Ka-Bluey over all others. I guess it really is the best!

Planted my four plants this spring, 2010 and they are doing wonderful. I mixed a lot of canadian peat in with the good soil I already had in a sunny location. They loved this mix and I hope to see some friut next year.

Planted a Ka-Bluey early last summer and got a few blueberries in early July this year. The berries had rich flavor and were firm. Looking forward to when it really starts bearing. The bush is healthy and growing well. (Would probably rave about this blueberry if not for the fact that I planted a Rubel blueberry around the same time and got my first taste of that this year also. It's tart flavor probably isn't for everyone, but I think it will be my favorite.)
