The celebrity is outshining them all. I just picked a one pounder today and there are so many more on the vine. All of my tomatos are doing well the but the celebrity is well exceeding my expectations. - Thursday, February 03, 2011Great tasting and Great Producer Reviewed By: Matt V (Manchester, NH) Summer of 2010 was a record for us, with Celebrity leading the way. Picked over 500 pounds of tomatoes on 18 plants! They tasted great fresh, as well as canned. Can't wait to try them again this year! - Thursday, September 17, 2009Not Disease Resistent Reviewed By: Randi (Santa Rosa, California) Delicious? Yes. Prolific producer? Absolutely. Disease resistant? Not on your life. I have four plants in the same bed and this was the first to blight. In fact, the only other tomato to Blight was my San Francisco Fog and I am pretty sure it is because it was so close to the Celebrity. What a disappointment to see all these beautiful tomatoes dying on the branches, and I have not the heart to remove this five foot tall plant. Read More Reviews |
