Yellow Ebenezer is great for green onions and stores well as an all-purpose onion. White produces record yields of large bulbs. Red is terrific raw for sandwiches and slicing into salads. Approx. 60-75 sets per pint. To ensure top quality, onion sets will be shipped in September. Onion sets not available in ID, NV, WA.

I have to say, these thing grow like weeds. I have not harvested them yet, but the plants grew fast and are looking good. I think the reds will be perfect around end of June or middle or July. Probaby 75 of 80 grew, pretty good!
