We planted it in our flower bed, as we got tired of replacing the bark every year.Within a couple of years, it had covered the entire area. We got so many compliments on them and I just loved the bluish-purple flowers!  -  Wednesday, February 16, 2011 not just ground cover Reviewed By: amanda (adams, ny) I bought these plants and wasn't exactly sure what to do with them but I loved the flowers on them, so I put them in 3 seperate pots at different heights, around a water fountain, they spread nicely. The vines flowed over the pots and down on to the water fountain. It was absolutely beautiful, I could not of picked a more perfect spot for what was supposed to be ground cover.
