Reviewed By: Jo (Carthage, NY) This is the best zucchini I have ever had. I eat alot of zucchini and my family wont eat it because it is watery. This is NOT. It cooks wonderfully and I can't wait to freeze some since the water content is low it should freeze better. They are excellent for making zuchinni bread, the texture was perfect and they freeze well.  -  Monday, December 26, 2011 Latino best garden squash Reviewed By: Chris (Riverton, UT) The Latino squash is far superior to a zucchini because they can still be enjoyed at a larger size. We slice them up as steaks and can even freeze the steak slices. Very prolific plant.
