Reviewed By: Diane (Council Bluffs, Iowa) Although 2009 was a good cucumber year overall in our area, the Burpless II Hyb. produced huge yields of uniform cukes all summer long. We ate lots and pickled and pickled and pickled! We are enjoying the pickles this winter and so are my family, neighbors and co-workers as I had more than enough to share and for them to make pickles as well. Boy, was I glad that I did! Gurney's Burpless II out produced County Fair. Cucumber beetles left them alone. My only complaint would be that you get a ton of cukes in a very short time. They were done producing in less than 4 weeks. I'll stagger my plantings next season.
