I have been harvesting beans from three plants for about two weeks now, and the other three seeds I planted a little later to stagger the harvest are now ramping up production. We planted one package last summer and we had more beans than we knew what to do with. We gave tons away to our friends and family. We had beans for dinner 3 times a week from July until September, then we ate the beans that we froze until November.
