Even though one didnt make it I would highly recommend these to anyone  -  Monday, July 20, 2009 WONDERFUL Reviewed By: JR BARON (GREGORY, MI) This was planted in a sandy sunny spot next to front porch and it grew to a wonderful size so quickly and was a wonderul scent by the front door and porch in the country. Yes, you can use lavender for tea and drawer sachets and my son makes lavender lemonade and also used it to season chicken with other fruit! Also, instead of moth balls on clothes to keep out moths. Spiders also don't like it, nor do mosquitoes. So, it is good to plant by decks or porches for that reason. I moved to TN so now want one at this new location.  -  Sunday, May 03, 2009 Favorite!
