Once I planted in the ground, it just took off. It is now on the fence, it has several blossom and two fruit. I would like to know to cut it for more plants? - Thursday, June 16, 2011fun to grow Reviewed By: Joelle (Bolingbrook, IL) I wish I could add a picture, it is so pretty. It comes as a small plant, then, when planted in the ground, it gets a little bigger, develops buds, which turn into pods and then one day it blooms. The petals look more white than green. I know I live in a climate where this might be an annual, but I might get motivated to dig it up and bring it inside. - Saturday, April 02, 2011Very fast growth Reviewed By: A M (Sebring , FL) I bought this plant last year and it grew quickly, grew 3 flowerheads that dropped off before bloom. This year it has an abundance of flower heads, which bloom 2 at a time. I am eagerly awaiting fruit. I planted against the front of my house on a trellis, with morning sun, evening shade. It did not die back at all even in the severe 2010 winter freezes. Love it! - Friday, February 04, 2011So Unique Reviewed By: Hailey (Lawrenceburg, KY) We planted this last year, but I am just getting around to reviewing it. It grew SO fast and was so low maintenance. Can't wait until it produces fruit! - Monday, October 11, 2010What A Beauty !! Reviewed By: TED (Bryan, TX) I have had my passion flower planted in the ground now for two years. I can't get over how well it has been growing. I haven't eaten any of the fruit for simply wasn't for sure when to harvest them. I found a red flower that I should of ordered when I saw it, but can't remember who had it. I am always sharing my plant with all the new vines that keeps sprouting all over the place. |
