They produced 125 nectarines in the third year. If you love nectarines buy this tree. It has already passed up the other two trees we had purchased at the garden center in height, and the fruit is excellent!  -  Tuesday, January 11, 2011 Grows fast Reviewed By: Michael (Chesterfield, Va) I recieved my tree as a 3 foot stick with no branches last March (2010). By the first freeze of this fall it had grown to 6 feet tall and some of the braches will need to be pruned this year. I also purchased a Belle of Georgia peach tree that is planted 25 to 30 feet from the Nectarine tree and is growing just as well. These are definately great trees if you plant them in prime areas.
