If you are placing an order, you can change your password on the “Complete Your Order” page in checkout. Click on the update address box below “Your Billing Address.” You can change your password and password hint at the bottom of the screen. Simply key over the entries in the “Choose a password”, “Confirm password” and “Password Hint” fields.
To change your password, you can also send a note to our
Customer Service. department with the following information:
- First & Last Name
- E-mail Address Registered Under
- Old Password
- New Password
We will notify you via e-mail when the change has been made.
